About Ivan — My Authentic Voice
I’ve never been someone who hides behind a title. I believe dignity is earned, not given. Despite the qualifications and the career milestones, two things have always stayed with me: the people who believed in me and gave me opportunities, and the people who trusted me enough to share their vulnerability.
Those moments — grounded in mutual respect and human connection — aren’t taught in any classroom or written on a certificate. They come from showing up, again and again, with sincerity. Beneath all roles, credentials, or power dynamics, we are first and foremost human.
I could show you a long list of achievements, awards, and projects. But what I really want to offer you is this: I am someone who has experienced both the highest and the lowest points in life. I have lived with depression, anxiety, and ADHD. I am a migrant, a gay man, and someone still finding his way back to himself, with clarity, compassion, and a desire to serve.
These are not qualifications you can earn on paper. They are lived truths.
